  • Work with Jordan to project manage his first independent project, the pop-meets-country “Hearts On Fire” EP. Plan the release rollout, drive ad strategy to connect with fans across genres + provide updates for DSP pitches

RESULTS:

  • Managed release strategy + product set up alongside a strategic organic social + paid posting plan, that helped drive +73% uplift in Spotify Monthly Listeners, multiple TikToks massively out-performing previous reach + notable follower growth across key platforms

  • Collaborated with The Orchard’s DSP teams, helping communicate a compelling story that secured editorial support including Spotify All New Country + Peach playlists

  • Optimized previous releases + profiles to help drive discovery + ensure the project out-performed previous launches

Every Possible Way - A Compilation

(3Sirens / The Orchard / Dan Molad)

BRIEF:

  • Project manage all aspects of the release of a 10-track compilation featuring Lucius, Delacey, Deep Sea Diver, JOSEPH + others, performing covers of 90s classics inc. The Verve, Yo La Tengo + Filter, to raise funds for Everytown for Gun Safety’s Support Fund

RESULTS:

  • Managed communications between 10 artists / their teams, label, distributor + producer to build a marketing plan around each song + the compilation

  • Sourced + delivered all assets (inc. artwork, visualizers, pre-save promotions, social graphics, artist quotes, TikTok teasers, etc)

  • Engaged a PR partner + worked closely with ShowUp + Everytown For Gun Safety to promote the project, including the project’s exclusive announcement with Rolling Stone

  • Secured additional support from the artists whose work was covered for the project, including Elastica, Weezer, The Magnetic Field + Third Eye Blind 

Rett Madison - One For Jackie

BRIEF:

  • Establish ongoing marketing initiatives that drive consumption + fan growth around music, tours & PR moments. Provide regular pitch updates + analytics to teams, project manage new releases & help establish a clear social strategy

  • Drove significant TikTok, Instagram, Laylo + YouTube growth by establishing a consistent posting cadence, improved content strategy & helping Rett understand each platform. BRIEF:

  • Launch Sony Japan’s millennium parade - a collective of musicians, artists + graphic designers - to the US market, driving increased awareness, streams + followers in the US across the band’s platforms

RESULTS:

  • Leveraged major Japanese partnerships + PR looks, including an Adidas collaboration, Netflix animé theme song + covers with Billboard, High Snobiety + Vice-ID to engage US fans/build buzz

  • Optimized release plans + commissioned new animated assets to help tell their story to new audiences, including an Apple/Shazam exclusive video unlock campaign

  • Relaunched their Instagram account, with content tailored to English-speaking audiences and ran multiple A/B tested digital ad campaigns to learn what connected best
